She has instances where she was battling with anxiety but in the work place they care about delivery of work rather than healthy mental state. Something that definitely needs to change. Dealing with rejection can easily push one to develop creative imposter syndrome.
Your final step is taking care of your mental health. MaMoyo was a light in this series, she shared her experience and how is has become a priority to take care of mental health employing different methods to better self care and self awareness.
I am frequently battling anxiety and imposter syndrome when it comes to my work. But the feedback I received reminds me of what keeps me grounded and going. I struggle myself sometimes as a creative and when in isolation you might feel like you are alone. This Mental Health Series was personal, well like any of my writings. It's a reminder to every creative that You Are Not What Your Anxiety Says You Are!
